El Salvador Las Mercedes El Rubi Honey

Our El Salvador Las Mercedes El Rubi Honey is grown on the La Avila lot and offers a floral honey, pomegranate and finishes with hibiscus. With a lingering sweet aftertaste and a bright, juicy mouthfeel, this Honey Processed coffee is a memorable cup that will get your day going. El Rubi is a lot from La Avila mostly consisting of Bourbon and SL28 varietals. This lot has a special terrain because it has a lot of red soil (clay) and is under the shade, making this a special micro-climate that gives coffee that amazing and special sweet flavor. This coffee was chosen by Holly Perry for her wedding blend, so you could say it has her personality-sweet and charming!

The world of coffee is interconnected. Klatch Coffee's founder, Roastmaster, and CFO, Mike, makes annual visits to our farms, and enjoys sharing the history of coffee, a journey that begins long before it makes its way to our roasters.
